Where do featured ad payments go?
Payments for featured ad upgrades go directly to your Paystack account. Helderberg Classifieds never collects or stores card or bank account details — Paystack handles the payment, holds the funds, and settles them to your South African bank account.
- Log in to your Paystack Dashboard using the same business account that owns the key saved in this app.
- In the left sidebar, open Settings, then choose Payouts (also shown as Settlements).
- Click Add settlement account and enter your bank, account number and account name.
- Complete business verification if prompted — Paystack needs your registration or ID documents before it can settle live funds.
- Note: settlement accounts only apply in live mode. Test-mode transactions never move real money.
Paystack settles your available balance to the bank account on file on a rolling schedule — for South African accounts this is typically the next business day after a successful charge. You can see your next expected settlement and current balance in the Paystack Dashboard.
Keep your Paystack secret key private. Only users with the right permissions can start or manage payments in this app. If you ever suspect your key has been exposed, roll it in the Paystack Dashboard immediately and save the new one here.
