What we collect
- Account info: email, display name, optional avatar, bio and location.
- Ad content: titles, descriptions, photos, price and category you post.
- Messages you exchange with other users through the inbox.
- Payment records: Stripe session IDs and status for featured ad upgrades. We never store card numbers.
How we use it
To operate the platform: display ads, deliver messages, moderate content, process featured upgrades and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We use third-party processors — our backend host, and Stripe for payments — strictly to provide the service. We don't sell personal data.
Your rights (POPIA)
You can view, update or delete your account and ads at any time from your profile and dashboard. Contact us to request a full data export or erasure.
