1. Acceptance

By creating an account or posting an ad you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts to post or transact on Helderberg Classifieds.

3. Posting ads

You're responsible for the accuracy of your ads and for the goods or services you offer. Ads are moderated and may be rejected or removed at our discretion.

4. Prohibited content

• Illegal items, weapons, drugs or counterfeit goods.
• Adult, hateful, harassing or misleading content.
• Spam, scams, MLM schemes or unrelated affiliate links.

5. Featured ad payments

Featured upgrades are processed by Stripe. Digital upgrades begin immediately and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Disputes between users

Helderberg Classifieds is a listings platform. We are not a party to transactions and are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
